How much does it cost?

Holiday France Direct - Save on Brittany Ferries when you book this property

The prices are for the house per week, not per person, & include utilities*, cleaning, bed linen & tea towels (not bath towels).

*Utilities - £20 per week is allowed for electricity. During winter months the usage may exceed this, therefore we will charge for the excess. Logs - extra £25 per week

Mid Season - £375 per week - from 29th April to 27th May; 10th June to 1st July; 16th September to 21st October

High Season - £400 per week - 27th May to 10th June; 1st July to 15th July; 2nd September to 16th September; 21st October to 28th October

Peak Season - £450 per week - 15th July to 2nd September.

Low Season - £350 per week - 28th October to 16th December.

Changeover days: During the peak season is on Saturday, all other times are flexible.

Longer or Shorter stays can be arranged - please contact me for a price.

 

Discounts for Couples

We offer 10% discount for a couple using one bedroom, travelling without Children, throughout the year except for the Peak Season. Please enquire for details.


Short Breaks and Long Weekends

Shortbreaks & Long Weekends available during the Low & Mid Seasons. Changeover is a Saturday during Peak Season, flexible for the rest of the year. Please enquire for pricing details.

If you decide to book our house we are able to offer you discounts of 20% on Brittany Ferries' crossings.


Booking Deposit

In addition to the weekly prices quoted below, we require a £150 Booking Deposit to confirm the Booking. This is deducted from the total cost of the holiday, balance due six weeks prior to departure.
